How do I return my Rug Collective items?

We want you to love our rugs as much as we do! However, if you do need to return your rug we are more than happy to help.

If your order was received within the last 30 days and your rug has not been used, you can organize your return via email: hello@therugcollective.com.au

Please note that while we are happy to take your rug back within 30 days, you will be responsible for a $30 processing fee. Exchanges are free! For more information, please e-mail us: hello@therugcollective.com.au

Once returned, each item will be assessed by our team prior to issuing your refund. Items must be returned in ‘brand new’ condition. This means that you have not used, laundered or damaged any of the items. If items are assessed as having been used, they will not be approved for a refund. We will notify you via email to choose whether you would like us to dispose of your item or pay for your rug to be returned to you from our warehouse. You must let us know of your decision within one week or we will dispose of the rug.

Once we receive your rug, please allow up to 5 business days to process the return and if approved, an additional 5 business days to receive your refund (minus the processing fee). You will receive a confirmation email from our team to let you know that we have processed your refund. Please remember to check your spam/junk mail folders when waiting for a response from our team as sometimes our emails get delivered there rather than to your inbox.

What if my rug is faulty?

We stand by the quality of our rugs and if you are not happy with the quality of our rugs, we are happy to resolve this for you. If you are having quality issues with your rug, please email us at hello@therugcollective.com.au so that we can help! If it is faulty for sure, we will either exchange it or refund the payment.
