Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE ?
All orders are shipped within approximately 48 hours out of our warehouse. Any changes or updates to address or shipping must be made within this time or there will be re-shipping fees.

Shipping in Australia is free over $100 purchases. Less than $100 purchases will incur $25 shipping fee

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 48 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment center will pack your order and ship your package out as soon as possible. Once that’s done, you will receive a notification and tracking details via email.

Q: DOES THE RUG COLLECTIVE PROVIDE A QUALITY GUARANTEE FOR ALL THE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD?
Absolutely! If you find that your brand new rug does not meet your expectations or that it is faulty, please email us immediately. Our customer service will arrange the pickup and either exchange or refund you after the examination of the rug. We want our customers to have the best shopping experience.
